Founded in 2017 by Mr. Hardik Luhar, the Balista Bistro brand has grown from a six-item food van into an international Pure Vegetarian Indian Fusion chain with locations across Canada, the USA, and India. The Edmonton Summerside outlet opened in early 2026, proudly serving south Edmonton — Summerside, Walker, Ellerslie, The Orchards, Allard and beyond — with dine-in, takeout, delivery, and full-service catering for corporate events, family gatherings, and special occasions.

Our welcoming Summerside location is perfect for family dinners, birthday celebrations, casual lunches, and weekend evenings. We're open Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Friday & Saturday until 11:00 p.m.
