Our Creamy Dal Makhani is simmered for hours, the way it is meant to be. Whole urad dal and red kidney beans are slow-cooked with tomato, butter, ginger, and a fenugreek-finished spice blend until the lentils turn silky and the gravy is deeply rich. We finish each pot with cream and a swirl of butter just before serving over fragrant basmati rice.
