Our Veg Momos are hand-folded fresh, every day. Each dumpling holds a generously spiced filling of shredded cabbage, carrots, onion, ginger, garlic (or no-onion-no-garlic on request), and fresh herbs, wrapped in a soft, slightly chewy steamed skin. We serve them piping hot with a bright, fiery house red chutney that brings the heat without overpowering the filling.
Momos are one of the most-loved street snacks across India, and Balista's pure vegetarian version is a regular favourite in south Edmonton. Vegan, family-friendly, and a great shareable starter before a meal of Dal Makhani, paneer wraps, or burgers.
